The WebmailOX interface is a high-powered, feature-rich, email hosting platform.

From Tuesday, webmail clients will have the opportunity to upgrade to the new interface. This early opt-in will be made available for 90 days. The upgrade will only affect existing website hosting and email hosting clients.

What does the opt-in involve?

From 11th February, existing Cloud hosting clients will have the opportunity to upgrade to the new Basic WebmailOX interface, every time they log into their webmail account.

All new website and email hosting clients will be set up on WebmailOX by default.

Clients who opt-in to upgrade will be upgraded immediately, with their existing Horde or @mail data (emails, contacts, calendars, folders) imported in just a few minutes. After 90 days any client who has not yet upgraded will be automatically upgraded to the new WebmailOX interface, replacing all existing @mail and Horde webmail interfaces.

All upgraded accounts will retain their current hosting features including the number of email accounts, storage, zone edits etc, with the option to purchase additional features once on the new platform.

The login URL for the new Basic WebmailOX interface remains unchanged (http://webmail.yourdomain.com.au) as do usernames and passwords.

No email, contacts, calendars or folders will be lost as a result of this interface change.

Please note, the existing email products will be decommissioned 90 days after the launch of the new range of email hosting products.
